नमस्कार मित्रो
में राजकुमार बघेल और जैसा कि आप जानते हो में एक प्रोफेशनल ट्रैवलर हूं और टैवल से जुडे हुए अपने अनुभव ब्लाग के माध्यम से आप लोगों से सेयर करता हूँ।
लेकिन आज में जो आर्टिकल लिख रहा हूँ वो यात्रा का नहीं है परंतु इससे यात्रा प्रभावित जरूर हुई है में बात कर रहा हूँ कोरोना वाइरस की जिसको कोविड-19 भी कहते हैं। आज इस की वजह से जिंदगी जैसे थम सी गई है। आज ये महामारी सारी दुनियां में बहुत तेजी से फैल रही है ये वाइरस कितना खतरनाक है और कितनी तेजी से फैल रहा है इसके कुछ आंकड़े हैं आप देख सकते हो।

यदि हम पर्याप्त सावधानी बरतते हैं और संक्रमण की श्रृंखला को तोड़ते हैं तो हम कोरोना वायरस के प्रकोप का सामना कर सकते हैं, अन्यथा हमारे सामने एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या है विशेष रूप से बुजुर्ग आबादी के लिए।
अब तक सब ठीक ठाक है। कोरोना वायरस को रोकने के लिए भारत ने अपनी लड़ाई में अब तक अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया है। अब हम स्टेज 3 में हैं, जिसमें वायरस आपसी मेल जोल और सामाजिक समारोहों में फैलता है। यह सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चरण है और पुष्टि किए गए (जाँच में पक्के पाए गए) मामलों की संख्या प्रतिदिन तेजी से बढती है जैसे कि फरवरी के अंतिम सप्ताह और मार्च के दूसरे सप्ताह के बीच इटली में हुआ था। संक्रमित व्यक्तियों की संख्या सीधे 300 से 10,000 तक बढ़ गयी । यदि सभी देश 3 से 4 हफ्तों में इस स्टेज को मैनेज करने में कोताही बरतेगा तो हम हजारों में नहीं बल्कि लाखों मामलों में संक्रमण देख सकते हैं। यह अगले एक महीने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। यही कारण है कि भारत में अधिकांश सभी कार्यक्रम और सार्वजनिक समारोहों को 15 अप्रैल तक बंद कर दिया गया है।
सिर्फ इसलिए कि स्कूल बंद हैं किसी भी यात्रा से बचें। छुट्टियां अगले साल भी आएंगी, इसलिए बच्चों को लेकर कोरोना के साथ अपनी किस्मत न आज़माएं। विवाह समारोह, जन्मदिन की पार्टियाँ आदि इंतजार कर सकते हैं। अपनी किस्मत न आजमाएं और इस बात को दिमाग से निकाल दें कि मुझे कुछ नहीं होगा।भारत की मेडिकल हिस्ट्री में अगले 30 दिन सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होंगे। किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण कार्य के लिए घर में और घर के बाहर पूरी सावधानी बरतें।
अभी में टेलिविजन पर विश्लेषण देख रहा था, इसमें ये बताया गया कि चीन में हज़ारों शवों को, उनके परिवारों से पूछे बिना कहाँ दफनाया गया, ये केवल सरकार जानती हैं, इटली में किसी भी शव को कोई कंधा देने नहीं आ रहा। वे इंसान जब जिंदा थे तो अकेले हो गये थे और मरे तो लावारिस चलो कोरोना ने इंसान का असली रूप दिखा दिया।
इसी बीच एक विद्वान यूनियन का प्रेरक लेख पढ़ने को मिला जिसमें भारतीयों के सोशल मीडिया के द्वारा किये जा रहे उपयोग को हास्यास्पद बताया है।
उन्होंने लिखा कि जिंदा रहना है तो सीरियस हो जाओ वरना आने वाले दो सप्ताह की कल्पना मुश्किल होगी
देश-दुनियां में कोई मुसीबत भारत के लोगों के मजाक, हंसी ठिठोली का साधन बन जाती है। पूरी दुनियां में कोहराम मचाए कोविड 19 का जितना मजाक भारत में बन रहा उसका आधा मजाक भी पूरी दुनियां के लोग मिलकर नहीं बना पा रहे हैं क्योंकि चीन, जापान, फ्रांस, इटली, ईरान समेत तमाम देशों ने अपनी आंखों के सामने अपनों की लाशें देखी हैं।
उनको इसके खतरे का ना सिर्फ अंदाजा हुआ बल्कि उसे भुगता भी है। भारत में अभी सिर्फ तीन लाशें ही सामने आई हैं क्योंकि अभी हम वायरस फैलने के सैकंड स्टेज पर चल रहे हैं। कल्पना करना मुश्किल होगा जिस दिन ये तीसरी स्टेज पर पहुंचेगी। जिन देशोें में ये तीसरे चरण में पहुंचा उससे 100 गुना बुरी हालत भारत की होगी क्योंकि यहां के लोगों को इस वायरस के प्रकोप से बचने के बजाय उसकी मजाक बनाने में वक्त बीतता है। मेरे एक मित्र ने कल मुझसे हाथ मिलाने की कोशिश की। मैंने हाथ जोड़ दिए तो उन्होंने मेरा मजाक बनाने के लिए वे दूसरे व्यक्ति के गले मिल लिए। बोले, देखें मुझे कैसे होता है कोराेना ?
उनके इस अंदाज ने मुझे भारत में कोरोना के वायरस के तीसरे स्टेज की कल्पना का भयावह दृश्य सामने ला दिया। वजह ये है कि विदेश में सरकार किसी पार्टी की हो लेकिन वो अपनी सरकार के प्रत्येक आदेश का गंभीरता से पालन करते हैं और जो पालन नहीं करते उनके साथ वहां की सेना पालन करवाना जानती है। हमारे देश में हम जाति, धर्म, राज्य, राजनीतिक पार्टी और सेखी बघारने के लिए नियमों को तोड़ने में आनंदित होते हैं। मैं जानता हूं कि भारत सरकार, सभी राज्यों की सरकारें, स्वास्थ्य महकमा इस अंदेशे को भांप चुकी हैं। स्कूल, कॉलेज, ट्रेन, मॉल्, मंदिर सब धीरे-धीरे बंद हो रहे हैं लेकिन कुछ राक्षसी मानसिकता के लोग जो इसे गंभीरता से नहीं समझना चाहते वे खुद भी मरेंगे और दूसरों को खतरे में डालेंगे। मेरा विनम्र आग्रह है कि सरकार जो भी कह रही उसका पालन करें।
सावधानी कैसे बरतें:-
हाथ साफ करें बार बार, किसी से हाथ ना मिलाएं। एक मीटर की दूरी से बात करें, साथ में खाना ना खाएं, कुछ अंदेशा हो तो चिकित्सक को दिखाएं।
वरना जिस दिन मजाक बनाने वालों की मां, बाप, पत्नी, बेटा, बेटी या कोई और करीबी इसकी चपेट में आया उस दिन उनकी सारी मजाक धरी रह जाएगी और फिर चुनाव के वक्त् वे सरकार को कोसोंगे कि सरकार ने हमारे परिजन की जान नहीं बचाई या पर्याप्त उपचार नहीं मिला। सरकार अभी इजाज के मामले में कई देशों से आगे हैं लेकिन जिस तरह वहां की जनता से वहां की सरकारों का साथ दिया उस तरह हम भी अपनी केन्द्र और अपनी-अपनी राज्य सरकार के आदेशों का पालन करें, गंभीर हो जाएं वरना आने वाले दो सप्ताह बाद वो नजारा देखने को मिलेगा जिसकी कल्पना नहीं कर पाओगे। पता नहीं कल्पना करने लायक बचोगे भी या नहीं पर अगर सरकार का साथ दिया। सही तरीके से चले। खुद पर और परिवार पर ध्यान दिया तो हमारे डाक्टरों के पास इसक पूरा इलाज है। 20 लोग ठीक करके घर भेज दिए हैं। जो भर्ती है उनमें से ज्यादातर की तबियत में सुधार हो रहा है। मेरा आप सभी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्लीज भविष्य को बचाने के लिए वर्तमान में थोड़ी सावधानी बरतें।
सलाम है डाक्टर-नर्सिंग स्टॉफ को
आज पूरे देश की शान हमारे चिकित्सक और नर्सिंग स्टाफ बन चुके हैं। खुद की जान खतरे में डाल कर कई घंटे और कई दिनों तक अपने घर से दूर रहकर आमजनों की जान बचाने में जुटे हैं। उनको सेल्यूट है। हम सब उन चिकित्सकों और नर्सिंग स्टाफ के परिवारों को सांत्वना और भरोसा दें।
जिंदा रहे तो:-
जिंदा रहे तो हथाई भी होगी । वे इस स्थिति को नहीं भांप रहे। मैं इस कल्चर का विरोध नहीं कर रहा पर आग्रह है कि कुछ दिनों के लिए झुंड में न रहें, बैठें तो भी दूरी बनाकर, घरों में रहें ताकि ना आप किसी को वायरस दे सको और ना आप अपने घर में दूसरे से वायरस ला सके।
क्या होगा:-
क्या होगा अगर कुछ दिन ये नहीं करोगे तो
1. क्या होगा अगर कुछ दिन दोस्तों के साथ बात नहीं कर पाओगे, फोन पर कर लीजिए।
2. क्या होगा अगर कुछ दिन बाजार नहीं जाओगे |
3. क्या होगा अगर अपनी मांगें मनवाने के लिए कुछ दिन धरना-प्रदर्शन विरोध नहीं करोगे जब सब ठीक हो जाए तब कर लेंगे।
4. क्या हो जाएगा अगर कहीं घूमने नहीं जाओगे तो जब सब सामान्य हो जाए तब चले जाएंगे।
5. क्या होगा अगर दिन में 10 बार हाथ धो लेंगे।
6. क्या होगा अगर मजाक उड़ाने की बजाय लोगों को जागरुक करने के लिए मैसेज करेंगे।
7. क्या होगा जो जागरुक मैसेज दूसरों को फॉरवर्ड करते हो उसका खुद भी पालन कर लेंगे।
8. क्या फर्क पड़ता है कि सरकार किसकी है और वे क्या कह रहे हैं, मतलब इतना रखो वो आपके हित के लिए कर रहे हैं।
..
क्योंकि मौत ना जाति, ना धर्म, ना क्षेत्र, ना उम्र, ना राज्य, ना इलाका और ना लिंग और ना सूरत देखकर आती है।
इसलिए मेरी विनम्र अपील, अभी वक्त है। मान जाइए। मेरी पोस्ट पढ़कर कुतर्क करने की बजाय जितने शब्द अच्छे लगे उसे पालन कर लीजिए
अगर आप अभी भी अपने दोस्तों के साथ घूम रहे हैं, होटल जा रहे हैं, पार्टी कर रहे हैं और ऐसे दिखा रहे हैं जैसे ये (कोरोनावायरस) आपके लिए कोई बड़ी मुसीबत नहीं है, तो आप बहुत बड़े भ्रम में हैं.. अपने आप को संभाल लीजिये.. नीचे का सारा मैसेज एक इटालियन लोगों द्वारा पोस्ट किया गया है.. जो कुछ भी उन्होंने जैसा भी लिखा है उसे वैसा ही लिखा जा रहा है:
“सारी दुनिया के लिए सन्देश,, जिन्हें ये पता नहीं है कि उनका सामना किस आपदा से होने वाला है”
जैसा कि मैं समझता हूँ इस वक़्त सारी दुनिया को पता है कि इस वक़्त सारा इटली क्वारंटाइन किया जा चूका है.. यानि उसे पूरी तरह से बंद किया जा चुका है.. ये स्थिति बहुत बुरी है.. मगर उन लोगों के लिए ज़्यादा बुरी है जो ये सोचते हैं कि ये उनके साथ नहीं होगा
हमे पता है कि आप कैसा सोच रहे हैं.. क्यूंकि हम भी पहले ऐसे ही सोच रहे थे..
आईये देखें कि ये सब कैसे शुरू हुआ:-
स्टेज प्रथम (पहला चरण):
आपको पता होता है कि कोरोना वायरस ऐसी कोई चीज़ है.. मगर आपके देश में ये अभी अभी दिखना शुरू हुवा है.. इसलिए आप सोचते हैं कि डरने की कोई बात नहीं हैं.. क्यूंकि ये बस एक तरह का ज़ुकाम है.. और वैसे भी मैं 75+ साल का हूँ नहीं इसलिए मुझे इस से क्या डरना
फिर प्रथम चरण आगे बढ़ता है:
और आप सोचते हैं कि ये क्या हर कोई पागल हो रहा है मास्क और टॉयलेट पेपर के लिए.. ऐसा कुछ तो होने वाला है नहीं.. मेरी ज़िन्दगी तो आराम से चलती रहेगी
फिर आता है..
स्टेज द्वितीय (दूसरा चरण):
धीरे धीरे.. देश में मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ने लगती है.. और सरकार एक दो शहरों कि सीमाएं प्रतिबंधित कर देती है.. और आपको ये समझाती है कि डरने की कोई बात नहीं है.. सब कुछ ठीक है (22 फ़रवरी को ऐसा इटली में हुवा था)
द्वितीय चरण यानि दूसरा चरण आगे बढ़ता है:
कुछ लोगों की मौतें होती हैं.. मगर वो सब बूढ़े लोग होते हैं.. और मीडिया उस पर हाय तौबा मचाता है... हम सोचते हैं कि ये अच्छी बात नहीं है.. लोग अपने दोस्तों यारों से मिलते रहते हैं.. नार्मल ज़िन्दगी चलती रहती है.. और हमे ये लगता है कि हमे कुछ नहीं होगा
त्रित्तीय चरण (तीसरा चरण):
धीरे धीरे संक्रमित लोगों का आंकडा बढ़ने लगता है.. एक दिन में ही दुगने लोग संक्रमित हो जाते हैं.. मौतों का आंकड़ा बढ़ जाता है.. और सरकार चार बड़े इलाक़ों को प्रतिबंधित कर देती है जहाँ से सब से ज्यादा केस हैं (ये 7 मार्च को इटली में होता है).. फिर इटली के पच्चीस 25% लोगों को घरों में बंद कर दिया जाता है
फिर कुछ क्षेत्रों में स्कूल, बार और रेस्टोरेंट बंद कर दिए जाते हैं.. मगर ऑफिस अभी भी खुले हैं.. सरकारी नियमों को मीडिया और अखबार पहले ही प्रकाशित कर देते हैं
स्टेज तृतीय आगे बढ़ता है:
इटली के क़रीब दस हज़ार लोग, जिन्हें दूसरे इलाक़ों में सरकार ने रोक कर रखा था वो एक ही रात में वहां से निकलकर अपने अपने घर वापस पहुँच जाते हैं.. और इटली के लगभग पिछत्तर प्रतिशत लोग अपने रोज़मर्रा के कामों में व्यस्त रहते हैं
स्टेज तृतीय यानि तीसरा चरण और आगे बढ़ता है:
इटली के लोग अभी भी इस वायरस की आपदा नहीं समझ पा रहे हैं.. हर जगह इटली में लोगों को ये बताया जा रहा है कि थोड़ी थोड़ी देर में अपने हाथ धुलें.. लोग ग्रुप में या भीड़ में न खड़े हों.. टीवी पर हर दस मिनट में ये समझाया जा रहा है.. मगर ये बातें लोगों के दिमाग़ में नहीं बैठ रही हैं
फिर आता है..
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण):
इटली में हर जगह स्कूल और कॉलेज कम से कम एक महीने के लिए बंद कर दिए गए हैं.. नेशनल हेल्थ इमरजेंसी लगा दी जाती है.. सारे अस्पतालों को ख़ाली करवा के कोरोनावायरस के मरीजों के लिए जगह बना दी जाती है
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण) और आगे बढ़ता है:
अब इटली में डॉक्टर और नर्सों की कमी पड़ने लगी है.. अब जितने भी डॉक्टर रिटायर हो चुके हैं उन्हें भी वापस नौकरी पर बुला लिया जाता है.. जिस छात्रों कि डॉक्टरी की पढाई का दूसरा साल हुवा है उन्हें भी नौकरी पर बुला लिया जाता है.. किसी भी डॉक्टर और नर्स के लिए कोई भी शिफ्ट नहीं है.. चौबीस घंटे काम करना है सबको अब.. डॉक्टर और नर्स भी संक्रमित हो रहे हैं अब और उन लोगों से उनके परिवारों को भी वायरस अपनी चपेट में ले रहा है
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण) और आगे बढ़ता है:
अब निमोनिया के बहुत ही ज्यादा मरीज़ बढ़ गए हैं... और बहुत सारे लोगों को ICU की ज़रूरत है और अब ICU में सबके लिए जगह नहीं है.. इटली में अब वो स्थिति आ चुकी है जहाँ डॉक्टर अब सिर्फ़ उन्हीं का इलाज कर रहे हैं जिनके बचने की उम्मीद होती है.. मतलब अब बूढ़े, और अन्य बीमारियों से जूझ रहे लोगों का इलाज डॉक्टर नहीं कर पा रहे हैं क्यूंकि अब डॉक्टर को क्रोना वायरस वाले मरीजों को ही बचाना है.. क्यूंकि अब अस्पताल में सभी के लिए जगह नहीं बची है
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण) आगे बढ़ता है:
अब लोग मर रहे हैं क्यूंकि अस्पतालों और ICU में जगह नहीं है.. मेरे एक डॉक्टर दोस्त ने मुझे कॉल कर के बताया कि उसने तीन लोगों को मरने के लिए छोड़ दिया क्यूंकि जगह नहीं थी.. नर्स रो रही हैं क्यूंकि वो मरते हुवे लोगों के लिए कुछ नहीं कर सकती हैं सिवाए उन्हें ऑक्सीजन देने के
मेरे एक दोस्त का रिश्तेदार कल मर गया क्यूंकि उसका इलाज नहीं हो पाया.. अब क्रोना वायरस हर तरफ़ पूरी तरह से फैल चुका है
फिर आता है..
स्टेज पांच (पाँचवाँ चरण):
याद कीजिये उन बेवकूफों को जिन्हें सरकार ने शुरुवात इटली के कुछ राज्यों में रोक के रखा था, क्वारंटाइन किया था मगर वो अपने अपने घर वापस चले आये थे? उन्हीं की वजह से अब सारी इटली को मार्च 9 को क्वारंटाइन कर दिया गया
अब सरकार का एक ही लक्ष्य है कि कैसे इसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा फैलने से रोका जाय
लोगों को अपने काम पर जाने दिया जा रहा है.. ज़रूरी सामान की खरीदारी करने दी जा रही है.. व्यापार सारे खोल के रखे गए हैं.. क्यूंकि अगर ऐसा न किया तो सारी इकॉनमी धराशायी हो जायेगी.. मगर अभी भी आप अपने इलाक़े से बाहर नहीं जा सकते हैं जब तक आपके पास उसके लिए कोई बहुत ज़रूरी वजह न हो
मगर अभी भी एक समस्या बनी हुई है.. क्यूंकि कुछ लोग समझते हैं कि उन्हें कुछ नहीं होगा.. वो अभी भी दोस्तों के साथ बाहर जा रहे हैं... घूम रहे हैं ग्रुप में.. शराब पी रहे हैं और ऐश कर रहे हैं
फिर आता है..
स्टेज छः (छठां चरण):
दो दिन पहले ये घोषणा कर दी गयी कि अब सारे व्यापार, शौपिंग माल, रेस्टोरेंट, बार और हर तरह की दुकाने बंद रहेंगी.. सिर्फ़ सुपर मार्केट और दवाखाने के अलावा.. और अब आप सिर्फ़ तभी अपने इलाके से कहीं बाहर जा सकते हैं अगर आपके पास उसकी कोई बहुत बड़ी वजह है और उसके लिए आपके पास एक सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए
उस सर्टिफिकेट में आपके बारे में सारी जानकारी होती है.. जिसमे आपका नाम, पता और आप कहाँ से आ रहे हैं और कहाँ जा रहे हैं ये लिखा होता है
जगह जगह पुलिस के चेक पॉइंट बने हैं जहाँ आपको चेक किया जाता है
इटली में अगर अब आप अपने घर से बाहर अब पकडे जाते हैं तो आपके ऊपर 206 पौंड का जुर्माना लगाया जाता है.. अगर आप बहार निकलते हैं और आप क्रोना वायरस से संक्रमित हैं तो आपको एक से लेकर बारह साल की जेल होगी
क्यूंकि दो हफ्ते पहले मैं आपके ही जैसा सोचता था और मुझे लगता था कि हमे कुछ नहीं होगा.. और ये सब इस वजह से नहीं हो रहा है कि ये वायरस बहुत खतरनाक है.. बल्कि ये सब इस वजह से हो रहा है कि ये वायरस ऐसी परिस्थितियां पैदा कर देता है जिसका सामना करने में हम सक्षम नहीं हैं
ये देख कर बहुत दुःख हो रहा है क्यूंकि कुछ देश ये सोच रहे हैं कि उनको कुछ नहीं होगा.. और वो इसके लिए ज़रूरी बचाव नहीं कर रहे हैं.. जबकि वो समय रहते अगर बचाव कर लें तो बहुत फायदा होगा
इसलिए.. कृपया अगर आप इसको पढ़ रहे हैं तो सजग हो जाईये.. क्यूंकि इसको इग्नोर करने पर इस समस्या का हल नहीं निकलेगा.. अमेरिका जैसे देशों में ऐसे कितने लोग होंगे जो संक्रमित होंगे और उनका पता नहीं चल पाया होगा
सरकार लोगों की मदद कर रही है.. उनके बैंक की किश्त माफ़ करके और लोगों के व्यापार में मदद कर के.. मुझे ये चीज़ परेशान कर रही है कि अगर ये सारे देशों में हो गया तो क्या होगा
इसलिए अगर आप ऐसे इलाक़े में हैं जहाँ आपके आसपास क्रोना वायरस से संक्रमित मरीज़ हैं तो मेरी आप लोगों से यही गुजारिश हैं कि आप अपना बचाव ख़ुद करें और ऐसा व्यवहार मत कीजिये कि आपको कुछ नहीं होगा इसलिए अगर आप रह सकते हैं तो घरों में ही बंद रहिये
भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने 22 मार्च यानी रविवार को जनता द्वारा जनता पर सुबह सात बजे से रात के नौ बजे तक कर्फयु लगाने का आहवान किया है इससे क्या फायदा होने वाला है।
14 घण्टे के जनता कर्फ्यू का क्या परिणाम होगा?
यद्यपि एक स्थान पर कारोना वायरस का जीवनकाल 12 घंटे है और जनता कर्फ्यू 14 घंटे के लिए होगा, इसलिए सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों के स्थान जहां कारोना फैल सकता था, उन स्थानों पर कोई नही होगा , जिससे श्रृंखला टूट जाएगी।
14 घंटे के बाद हमें जो मिलेगा वह एक सुरक्षित देश होगा।

But the article I am writing today is not about travel but it has definitely affected the journey, I am talking about Corona virus, which is also called Kovid-19. Today, life has stopped like this because of it. Today, this pandemic is spreading very fast in the whole world, there are some statistics of how dangerous this virus is and how fast it is spreading.
Corona virus cases -

देश-दुनियां में कोई मुसीबत भारत के लोगों के मजाक, हंसी ठिठोली का साधन बन जाती है। पूरी दुनियां में कोहराम मचाए कोविड 19 का जितना मजाक भारत में बन रहा उसका आधा मजाक भी पूरी दुनियां के लोग मिलकर नहीं बना पा रहे हैं क्योंकि चीन, जापान, फ्रांस, इटली, ईरान समेत तमाम देशों ने अपनी आंखों के सामने अपनों की लाशें देखी हैं।
उनको इसके खतरे का ना सिर्फ अंदाजा हुआ बल्कि उसे भुगता भी है। भारत में अभी सिर्फ तीन लाशें ही सामने आई हैं क्योंकि अभी हम वायरस फैलने के सैकंड स्टेज पर चल रहे हैं। कल्पना करना मुश्किल होगा जिस दिन ये तीसरी स्टेज पर पहुंचेगी। जिन देशोें में ये तीसरे चरण में पहुंचा उससे 100 गुना बुरी हालत भारत की होगी क्योंकि यहां के लोगों को इस वायरस के प्रकोप से बचने के बजाय उसकी मजाक बनाने में वक्त बीतता है। मेरे एक मित्र ने कल मुझसे हाथ मिलाने की कोशिश की। मैंने हाथ जोड़ दिए तो उन्होंने मेरा मजाक बनाने के लिए वे दूसरे व्यक्ति के गले मिल लिए। बोले, देखें मुझे कैसे होता है कोराेना ?
उनके इस अंदाज ने मुझे भारत में कोरोना के वायरस के तीसरे स्टेज की कल्पना का भयावह दृश्य सामने ला दिया। वजह ये है कि विदेश में सरकार किसी पार्टी की हो लेकिन वो अपनी सरकार के प्रत्येक आदेश का गंभीरता से पालन करते हैं और जो पालन नहीं करते उनके साथ वहां की सेना पालन करवाना जानती है। हमारे देश में हम जाति, धर्म, राज्य, राजनीतिक पार्टी और सेखी बघारने के लिए नियमों को तोड़ने में आनंदित होते हैं। मैं जानता हूं कि भारत सरकार, सभी राज्यों की सरकारें, स्वास्थ्य महकमा इस अंदेशे को भांप चुकी हैं। स्कूल, कॉलेज, ट्रेन, मॉल्, मंदिर सब धीरे-धीरे बंद हो रहे हैं लेकिन कुछ राक्षसी मानसिकता के लोग जो इसे गंभीरता से नहीं समझना चाहते वे खुद भी मरेंगे और दूसरों को खतरे में डालेंगे। मेरा विनम्र आग्रह है कि सरकार जो भी कह रही उसका पालन करें।
सावधानी कैसे बरतें:-
हाथ साफ करें बार बार, किसी से हाथ ना मिलाएं। एक मीटर की दूरी से बात करें, साथ में खाना ना खाएं, कुछ अंदेशा हो तो चिकित्सक को दिखाएं।
वरना जिस दिन मजाक बनाने वालों की मां, बाप, पत्नी, बेटा, बेटी या कोई और करीबी इसकी चपेट में आया उस दिन उनकी सारी मजाक धरी रह जाएगी और फिर चुनाव के वक्त् वे सरकार को कोसोंगे कि सरकार ने हमारे परिजन की जान नहीं बचाई या पर्याप्त उपचार नहीं मिला। सरकार अभी इजाज के मामले में कई देशों से आगे हैं लेकिन जिस तरह वहां की जनता से वहां की सरकारों का साथ दिया उस तरह हम भी अपनी केन्द्र और अपनी-अपनी राज्य सरकार के आदेशों का पालन करें, गंभीर हो जाएं वरना आने वाले दो सप्ताह बाद वो नजारा देखने को मिलेगा जिसकी कल्पना नहीं कर पाओगे। पता नहीं कल्पना करने लायक बचोगे भी या नहीं पर अगर सरकार का साथ दिया। सही तरीके से चले। खुद पर और परिवार पर ध्यान दिया तो हमारे डाक्टरों के पास इसक पूरा इलाज है। 20 लोग ठीक करके घर भेज दिए हैं। जो भर्ती है उनमें से ज्यादातर की तबियत में सुधार हो रहा है। मेरा आप सभी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्लीज भविष्य को बचाने के लिए वर्तमान में थोड़ी सावधानी बरतें।
सलाम है डाक्टर-नर्सिंग स्टॉफ को
आज पूरे देश की शान हमारे चिकित्सक और नर्सिंग स्टाफ बन चुके हैं। खुद की जान खतरे में डाल कर कई घंटे और कई दिनों तक अपने घर से दूर रहकर आमजनों की जान बचाने में जुटे हैं। उनको सेल्यूट है। हम सब उन चिकित्सकों और नर्सिंग स्टाफ के परिवारों को सांत्वना और भरोसा दें।
जिंदा रहे तो:-
जिंदा रहे तो हथाई भी होगी । वे इस स्थिति को नहीं भांप रहे। मैं इस कल्चर का विरोध नहीं कर रहा पर आग्रह है कि कुछ दिनों के लिए झुंड में न रहें, बैठें तो भी दूरी बनाकर, घरों में रहें ताकि ना आप किसी को वायरस दे सको और ना आप अपने घर में दूसरे से वायरस ला सके।

क्या होगा अगर कुछ दिन ये नहीं करोगे तो
1. क्या होगा अगर कुछ दिन दोस्तों के साथ बात नहीं कर पाओगे, फोन पर कर लीजिए।
2. क्या होगा अगर कुछ दिन बाजार नहीं जाओगे |
3. क्या होगा अगर अपनी मांगें मनवाने के लिए कुछ दिन धरना-प्रदर्शन विरोध नहीं करोगे जब सब ठीक हो जाए तब कर लेंगे।
4. क्या हो जाएगा अगर कहीं घूमने नहीं जाओगे तो जब सब सामान्य हो जाए तब चले जाएंगे।
5. क्या होगा अगर दिन में 10 बार हाथ धो लेंगे।
6. क्या होगा अगर मजाक उड़ाने की बजाय लोगों को जागरुक करने के लिए मैसेज करेंगे।
7. क्या होगा जो जागरुक मैसेज दूसरों को फॉरवर्ड करते हो उसका खुद भी पालन कर लेंगे।
8. क्या फर्क पड़ता है कि सरकार किसकी है और वे क्या कह रहे हैं, मतलब इतना रखो वो आपके हित के लिए कर रहे हैं।

और आप सोचते हैं कि ये क्या हर कोई पागल हो रहा है मास्क और टॉयलेट पेपर के लिए.. ऐसा कुछ तो होने वाला है नहीं.. मेरी ज़िन्दगी तो आराम से चलती रहेगी
फिर आता है..
स्टेज द्वितीय (दूसरा चरण):
धीरे धीरे.. देश में मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ने लगती है.. और सरकार एक दो शहरों कि सीमाएं प्रतिबंधित कर देती है.. और आपको ये समझाती है कि डरने की कोई बात नहीं है.. सब कुछ ठीक है (22 फ़रवरी को ऐसा इटली में हुवा था)
द्वितीय चरण यानि दूसरा चरण आगे बढ़ता है:
कुछ लोगों की मौतें होती हैं.. मगर वो सब बूढ़े लोग होते हैं.. और मीडिया उस पर हाय तौबा मचाता है... हम सोचते हैं कि ये अच्छी बात नहीं है.. लोग अपने दोस्तों यारों से मिलते रहते हैं.. नार्मल ज़िन्दगी चलती रहती है.. और हमे ये लगता है कि हमे कुछ नहीं होगा
त्रित्तीय चरण (तीसरा चरण):
धीरे धीरे संक्रमित लोगों का आंकडा बढ़ने लगता है.. एक दिन में ही दुगने लोग संक्रमित हो जाते हैं.. मौतों का आंकड़ा बढ़ जाता है.. और सरकार चार बड़े इलाक़ों को प्रतिबंधित कर देती है जहाँ से सब से ज्यादा केस हैं (ये 7 मार्च को इटली में होता है).. फिर इटली के पच्चीस 25% लोगों को घरों में बंद कर दिया जाता है
फिर कुछ क्षेत्रों में स्कूल, बार और रेस्टोरेंट बंद कर दिए जाते हैं.. मगर ऑफिस अभी भी खुले हैं.. सरकारी नियमों को मीडिया और अखबार पहले ही प्रकाशित कर देते हैं
स्टेज तृतीय आगे बढ़ता है:
इटली के क़रीब दस हज़ार लोग, जिन्हें दूसरे इलाक़ों में सरकार ने रोक कर रखा था वो एक ही रात में वहां से निकलकर अपने अपने घर वापस पहुँच जाते हैं.. और इटली के लगभग पिछत्तर प्रतिशत लोग अपने रोज़मर्रा के कामों में व्यस्त रहते हैं
स्टेज तृतीय यानि तीसरा चरण और आगे बढ़ता है:
इटली के लोग अभी भी इस वायरस की आपदा नहीं समझ पा रहे हैं.. हर जगह इटली में लोगों को ये बताया जा रहा है कि थोड़ी थोड़ी देर में अपने हाथ धुलें.. लोग ग्रुप में या भीड़ में न खड़े हों.. टीवी पर हर दस मिनट में ये समझाया जा रहा है.. मगर ये बातें लोगों के दिमाग़ में नहीं बैठ रही हैं
फिर आता है..
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण):
इटली में हर जगह स्कूल और कॉलेज कम से कम एक महीने के लिए बंद कर दिए गए हैं.. नेशनल हेल्थ इमरजेंसी लगा दी जाती है.. सारे अस्पतालों को ख़ाली करवा के कोरोनावायरस के मरीजों के लिए जगह बना दी जाती है
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण) और आगे बढ़ता है:
अब इटली में डॉक्टर और नर्सों की कमी पड़ने लगी है.. अब जितने भी डॉक्टर रिटायर हो चुके हैं उन्हें भी वापस नौकरी पर बुला लिया जाता है.. जिस छात्रों कि डॉक्टरी की पढाई का दूसरा साल हुवा है उन्हें भी नौकरी पर बुला लिया जाता है.. किसी भी डॉक्टर और नर्स के लिए कोई भी शिफ्ट नहीं है.. चौबीस घंटे काम करना है सबको अब.. डॉक्टर और नर्स भी संक्रमित हो रहे हैं अब और उन लोगों से उनके परिवारों को भी वायरस अपनी चपेट में ले रहा है
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण) और आगे बढ़ता है:
अब निमोनिया के बहुत ही ज्यादा मरीज़ बढ़ गए हैं... और बहुत सारे लोगों को ICU की ज़रूरत है और अब ICU में सबके लिए जगह नहीं है.. इटली में अब वो स्थिति आ चुकी है जहाँ डॉक्टर अब सिर्फ़ उन्हीं का इलाज कर रहे हैं जिनके बचने की उम्मीद होती है.. मतलब अब बूढ़े, और अन्य बीमारियों से जूझ रहे लोगों का इलाज डॉक्टर नहीं कर पा रहे हैं क्यूंकि अब डॉक्टर को क्रोना वायरस वाले मरीजों को ही बचाना है.. क्यूंकि अब अस्पताल में सभी के लिए जगह नहीं बची है
स्टेज चतुर्थ (चौथा चरण) आगे बढ़ता है:
अब लोग मर रहे हैं क्यूंकि अस्पतालों और ICU में जगह नहीं है.. मेरे एक डॉक्टर दोस्त ने मुझे कॉल कर के बताया कि उसने तीन लोगों को मरने के लिए छोड़ दिया क्यूंकि जगह नहीं थी.. नर्स रो रही हैं क्यूंकि वो मरते हुवे लोगों के लिए कुछ नहीं कर सकती हैं सिवाए उन्हें ऑक्सीजन देने के
मेरे एक दोस्त का रिश्तेदार कल मर गया क्यूंकि उसका इलाज नहीं हो पाया.. अब क्रोना वायरस हर तरफ़ पूरी तरह से फैल चुका है
फिर आता है..
स्टेज पांच (पाँचवाँ चरण):
याद कीजिये उन बेवकूफों को जिन्हें सरकार ने शुरुवात इटली के कुछ राज्यों में रोक के रखा था, क्वारंटाइन किया था मगर वो अपने अपने घर वापस चले आये थे? उन्हीं की वजह से अब सारी इटली को मार्च 9 को क्वारंटाइन कर दिया गया
अब सरकार का एक ही लक्ष्य है कि कैसे इसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा फैलने से रोका जाय
लोगों को अपने काम पर जाने दिया जा रहा है.. ज़रूरी सामान की खरीदारी करने दी जा रही है.. व्यापार सारे खोल के रखे गए हैं.. क्यूंकि अगर ऐसा न किया तो सारी इकॉनमी धराशायी हो जायेगी.. मगर अभी भी आप अपने इलाक़े से बाहर नहीं जा सकते हैं जब तक आपके पास उसके लिए कोई बहुत ज़रूरी वजह न हो
मगर अभी भी एक समस्या बनी हुई है.. क्यूंकि कुछ लोग समझते हैं कि उन्हें कुछ नहीं होगा.. वो अभी भी दोस्तों के साथ बाहर जा रहे हैं... घूम रहे हैं ग्रुप में.. शराब पी रहे हैं और ऐश कर रहे हैं
फिर आता है..
स्टेज छः (छठां चरण):
दो दिन पहले ये घोषणा कर दी गयी कि अब सारे व्यापार, शौपिंग माल, रेस्टोरेंट, बार और हर तरह की दुकाने बंद रहेंगी.. सिर्फ़ सुपर मार्केट और दवाखाने के अलावा.. और अब आप सिर्फ़ तभी अपने इलाके से कहीं बाहर जा सकते हैं अगर आपके पास उसकी कोई बहुत बड़ी वजह है और उसके लिए आपके पास एक सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए
उस सर्टिफिकेट में आपके बारे में सारी जानकारी होती है.. जिसमे आपका नाम, पता और आप कहाँ से आ रहे हैं और कहाँ जा रहे हैं ये लिखा होता है
जगह जगह पुलिस के चेक पॉइंट बने हैं जहाँ आपको चेक किया जाता है
इटली में अगर अब आप अपने घर से बाहर अब पकडे जाते हैं तो आपके ऊपर 206 पौंड का जुर्माना लगाया जाता है.. अगर आप बहार निकलते हैं और आप क्रोना वायरस से संक्रमित हैं तो आपको एक से लेकर बारह साल की जेल होगी

ये देख कर बहुत दुःख हो रहा है क्यूंकि कुछ देश ये सोच रहे हैं कि उनको कुछ नहीं होगा.. और वो इसके लिए ज़रूरी बचाव नहीं कर रहे हैं.. जबकि वो समय रहते अगर बचाव कर लें तो बहुत फायदा होगा
इसलिए.. कृपया अगर आप इसको पढ़ रहे हैं तो सजग हो जाईये.. क्यूंकि इसको इग्नोर करने पर इस समस्या का हल नहीं निकलेगा.. अमेरिका जैसे देशों में ऐसे कितने लोग होंगे जो संक्रमित होंगे और उनका पता नहीं चल पाया होगा
सरकार लोगों की मदद कर रही है.. उनके बैंक की किश्त माफ़ करके और लोगों के व्यापार में मदद कर के.. मुझे ये चीज़ परेशान कर रही है कि अगर ये सारे देशों में हो गया तो क्या होगा
इसलिए अगर आप ऐसे इलाक़े में हैं जहाँ आपके आसपास क्रोना वायरस से संक्रमित मरीज़ हैं तो मेरी आप लोगों से यही गुजारिश हैं कि आप अपना बचाव ख़ुद करें और ऐसा व्यवहार मत कीजिये कि आपको कुछ नहीं होगा इसलिए अगर आप रह सकते हैं तो घरों में ही बंद रहिये
भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने 22 मार्च यानी रविवार को जनता द्वारा जनता पर सुबह सात बजे से रात के नौ बजे तक कर्फयु लगाने का आहवान किया है इससे क्या फायदा होने वाला है।
14 घण्टे के जनता कर्फ्यू का क्या परिणाम होगा?
